The No-Duplicate Listing System
Every property on the platform is identified by its referencia catastral — a unique legal identifier. The system only accepts each referencia catastral once. If two agencies submit the same property, only the first submission is accepted. This means you never see the same property listed multiple times at different prices.
The system checks all current listings against your criteria and sends you an initial set of matches. From that point on, every time a new property is accepted onto the platform that fits your requirements, you receive an automatic notification. You are not contacted by agencies — the notification comes from the platform.

Every listing shows the verified agency behind it with a contact form. When you submit an enquiry, it goes directly to that agency — not to a central inbox, not to multiple agencies. One property, one agency, one conversation.
Every property submitted to the platform must include a referencia catastral — a unique legal identifier assigned to every property in Spain. The system is configured to accept each referencia catastral only once. If the same property arrives through a second agency's feed, it is blocked automatically. On top of that, a weekly manual audit checks for listings that may share similar characteristics under different reference numbers. If an error is found, it is corrected. If an agency is found to have submitted false data deliberately, they are permanently removed from the platform.
